ANYONE WHO PURCHASED TICKETS FOR 2022 AND HAVE CARRIED THEM OVER TO 2023 YOUR ORIGINAL TICKETS WILL BE VALID FOR THIS YEAR.

There will be searches being carried out on entry in to the festival.
Any prohibited items will be confiscated.

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available from 9am February 8th.

Tickets on sale in all outlets from Monday the 13th February.
How do I find and download my tickets?
An email containing a link to your tickets will be sent within 24 hours.
This email will be from noreply@eventsframe.net
Please check your junk email.
The lead booker will receive an email with subject "Your order for The Boof 2023"
This link will take you to ALL of your tickets.
Please note you will have to press "print tickets" to view each individual ticket.
If the lead booker has added attendee info for each ticket the attendee will also get an email with a link to their individual ticket only.
Attendee info can be added through the lead bookers link for other tickets.
Tickets will have a QR code on which are unique and will be scanned on entry to the festival.
One QR code will be given per one ticket.

Car Parking
We do not offer exclusive festival parking.

Please note that the line up is subject to change, without prior notice, if circumstances beyond our control dictate this.
Refunds
Please note that all tickets to this event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unless for any reason the event is cancelled in which case full refunds will be given.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are not permitted anywhere on the festival site.
What is your security policy?
Security staff will be on duty throughout the event to make sure you are looked after in the best way possible.
Rules and Policies
The organisers are committed to uphold both the laws of the land and the terms of the Event License. These include:
– Absolute adherence to the laws governing the sale and use/abuse of alcohol, with particular regard to the sale of alcohol to minors, under the age of 18
– A ban on people taking alcohol into or out of the main arena
– Zero tolerance to the distribution or use of drugs or illegal substances
– A ban on glass and ANY sharp objects being taken into the Festival site
– Protection of children from any harm
– Discrimination on grounds of age, ethnicity, disability, gender or sexual orientation
– The rights of those members of the public using public rights of way around the outside of the arenas and car parking areas
What items can i NOT bring with me?
As well as alcohol, no glass or sharp objects are permitted to be brought in to the event and all guests will be subject to a brief search on entry as part of our security policy.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Due to licensing restrictions, you are not permitted to bring alcohol into the arena. There is a wide range of premium alcoholic (and non-alcoholic) drinks available for purchase from our bars.
What time does the event start/finish?
Gates at 1pm on Friday 19th August 2023 and music will finish at 11pm.
On Saturday 20th August 2023 gates open at 12pm and music will finish at 11pm.
Is camping available?
There is no camping available.
